I’m 38 years old, and from London. I live with my family in Saigon, where we have all been residing since March 2011.
Working for CARE International (a global NGO) I move around the region a fair bit, supporting the organisation’s efforts to engage the private sector more in what it is we are doing. Views expressed here are my own, rather than CARE’s.
This blog began as a journal of our time in Vietnam, but is now more of a repository of thoughts about work, family, and the incredible and often hilarious moments confronting ex-pats living in this weird and wonderful city.
In January 2013 I started a new writing project – called definitelymaybe (www.definitelymaybe.me) and I welcome you all to join in the discussion!

Hi,
It’s interesting reading your blog. I am Trang. And I am just wondering whether I can post an article about “living in saigon” topics on your blog. I’ve got a friend, a quaility reporter about lifestyle! And then, may we have a backlink in the article to our site (apato.com.vn about serviced apartments in saigon)? We may need some more further talks, feel free to email me at dtttrang3388@yahoo.com
Hope to hear from you soon,
Trang
